These terms govern the Penny Drawn tooling that schedules and publishes our own educational finance videos to our own connected social media accounts (TikTok, X, Instagram, YouTube).
The tooling is operated solely by us to manage our own content on our own accounts. It is not offered to third parties and does not process other users' data.
We publish only original, advertiser-safe educational content. We comply with each connected platform's developer policies, community guidelines, and rate limits.
All scripts, narration, illustrations and thumbnails we publish are our own original work.
The tooling is provided "as is" for our internal use. Each platform's API usage is additionally subject to that platform's terms.
